The Norton Inn is a beautiful, freshly restored historic mansion in downtown Phoenix built in 1895, designed by the renowned architect William R. Norton. Norton lived in the mansion with his family until passing in 1938. Norton was best known as the founder of Sunnyslope, a community within the city limits of Phoenix, Arizona, and was also the architect of the Carnegie Library and the Gila County Court house. "My 35th birthday celebration was successfully held in this mansion. I have family and friends from Las Vegas, NV and also from Arizona. Mike responds to my questions via email quickly. Though a contact number was provided. The parking is very spacious. All of my guests were able to park at the front, side, and at the back yards of the Mansion. The property has a vintage/classical touch which was timely because my friends surprised me with a sort of musical concert by performing solo piano and broadway/pop/classical singing. Cleanliness is of its best level. All of my guests for the whole day event likes the Mansion. I highly recommend you try to book and stay with this property with a very reasonable cost."
"He responded quickly and answered all my questions and the airbnb was right off the I-17 so made traveling in AZ great."
"Beautiful home! Rented it for my sisters bridal shower. Great Victorian look and lots of room! Location is also easy to find."
"The pictures does not do any justice. The house is wonderful and spacious. Love everything about the home!"
"The house was great. We rented the whole house. It was located close to the places we went in avondale. We were not familiar with Arizona it was the first time in AZ. The house is not haunted for those wondering. We enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in AZ again we would consider staying here. Our experience with the staff was also very good. They were all very nice and responsive. There was a small plumbing problem that was out of everyones control and they handled it very well."
"Was such a good stay! Mike is super is a great host and answers quickly. The inn was cute and quirky , definitely would stay again!"
